SpinCity can accept your clothes in any packaging you provide. Most customers load their laundry in a garbage bag or laundry basket. We will return the laundry basket to you when we complete your order.

At pickup we charge an initial fee of $50.00 but once we receive your clothes the items will be weighed and separated. Certain speciality items incur additional fees that aren't related to their weight. We will update the price and let you know of any changes prior to charging your card for the additional cost.

We are open seven (7) days per week from 9AM to 8PM.

We have a great quality control process that ensures we don't lose any of your clothes. Wash Dry Fold items are never commingled with other people's clothes. But if you think items are missing feel free to give us a call ASAP. (904) 410 3010
